Domestic Extension – June 2008

Dear Sean and Pete,

I just wanted to say a big ‘Thank-you’ to you both for the great job you have done on our domestic extension, and let you know how pleased we both are with the results.

The work has been carried out to a high standard, and we were both pleasantly surprised how quickly the job was completed. As having anticipated 6-7 weeks we were impressed that you had everything completed in only 4 weeks, and entirety to budget.

This is obviously the result of your refreshing policy of only undertaking one job at a time, which meant throughout the process we felt confident that you were entirely committed to the successful completion of our project.

On a personal note, I was also grateful that since our extension had your full attention there was no need to work through the weekend, leaving us to enjoy our time off. I’m sure if the need arose you would be happy to put in the extra hours but the downtime was appreciated.

Any issues that arose during the project were dealt with in a good natured manner and with professionalism. You were both happy to explain all aspects of the job and to discuss decisions required in simple terms, which made things much easier to understand.

We were also grateful for your flexibility on the additional jobs you undertook both before and during the building works, and your advice and assistance in liaising with our architect and building inspectors.

We would have no hesitation in recommending you both to anyone looking for a professional reliable and very competitively priced building service. We would also be more than happy for you to refer any prospective customers to either Rob or I should they require a reference in the future.
